Gary's career includes leadership experience at Microsoft, where he helped build and grow the company's digital advertising business, as well as recruiting experience with leading technology companies.
That firsthand experience shapes how we approach executive search: with a clear understanding of revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, leadership performance, and the importance of finding executives who fit both the role and the culture.
