Gary Bembridge is the Founder and CEO of Heads Apart Group, a retained executive search firm based in Southern California, specializing in placing transformative go-to-market leaders for AI, SaaS, HealthTech, Digital Media, and private equity-backed companies.

With more than 25 years of executive leadership and recruiting experience, Gary has helped organizations identify and hire the executives who drive growth—from Vice Presidents to C-suite leaders, including Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Commercial Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, and other critical GTM executives.

Before founding Heads Apart Group, Gary held senior revenue leadership roles at Microsoft, where he helped launch the company’s digital advertising business and built one of its first national sales organizations, contributing to revenue growth from approximately $8.5 million to more than $160 million. Throughout his career, he has advised Fortune 500 companies, venture-backed startups, and growth-stage businesses on leadership strategy, organizational design, and executive talent.

Gary is widely recognized for his relationship-first approach to executive search, combining deep industry expertise with an extensive network of senior leaders across technology, healthcare, media, and high-growth industries. His firm partners closely with founders, CEOs, boards, and private equity investors to recruit leaders who accelerate growth and create lasting organizational impact.
